- Development of Inner Ring Road.
- Building Major townships at Vanastalipuram, Ramachandrapuram, Shamshabad, Miyapur which gave a new direction to urban growth.
- Greenbelt project which helped in massive tree plantation and providing greenbelt on all major road corridors leading to Hyderabad.
- Megacity projects, Flyovers at 6 Junctions and transportation improvements
- Green Hyderabad Environment Programme helped in massive plantation and greening of HMA and protection and Restoration of polluted lakes under Royal Netherland Embassy.
- Heritage Act, Save Rock Act, Water and Tree Acts which help in preserving the heritage and natural environs of Hyderabad.
