I. Convening of HMDA Authority Meetings.
Wherein the Government in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 4 of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008, the Governor of Telangana hereby constitutes the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority with the following members as specified in sub-section (3) of section 4 thereof:

II. Convening of Executive Committee Meetings of HMDA.
The Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2008 have issued orders vide G.O. Ms No. 573, MA&UD Dept., dated 25.08.2008, wherein the Executive Committee of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority was constituted.

III. In Coordination with the PR Unit:
- Communicating and compiling of LAQ’s & LCQ’s in respect of HMDA received during Telangana Legislative Assembly & Council Sessions in the Summer, Monsoon & Winter Sessions.
- Consolidation of Socio Economic Outlook (SEO) data of Developmental Activities of HMDA.
- Consolidation of Budget Speech of Hon’ble Dy. Chief Minister.
- Consolidation of Draft speech of Hon’ble Governor of Telangana for the Republic Day Celebrations.
- Consolidation of Formation Day Speech of Hon’ble Chief Minister of the State of Telangana.
